1. COPYRIGHT. This software is owned by Joseph Heimiller

and is protected by United States copyright laws and

international treaty provisions.
2. DISTRIBUTION. You are free to distribute the locked version of

In-Tune Multi-Instrument Tuner.

The locked version will show a shutdown countdown screen

until an unlock code has been entered.

You are prohibited from distributing the unlocked version of

In-Tune Multi-Instrument Tuner.

You are also specifically prohibited from altering any part of

the programs (including documentation) of In-Tune

Multi-Instrument Tuner and/or redistributing any part of In-Tune

Multi-Instrument Tuner in an altered form.

You are prohibited from extending In-Tune Multi-Instrument

Tuner's evaluation period and/or helping others extend their

evaluation period.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble

In-Tune Multi-Instrument Tuner.
3. LIABILITY. Users of In-Tune Multi-Instrument Tuner must accept

this disclaimer of warranty:
The author disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied,

including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability

and of fitness for any purpose. In no event shall the author be

liable for any damages whatsoever (including loss of data and

direct, consequential or incidental damages) which may result
